Ingredients
- 200 g beef
- Appropriate amount Korean hot sauce

- 200 g spinach
- 200 g Soybean sprouts
- 100 g carrot
- 100 g mushroom
- Appropriate amount Sesame
- Appropriate amount onion
- Appropriate amount rice
Instructions
- Prepare a pot of white rice.
- Prepare spinach and soybean sprouts and blanch them in water. Add mushrooms and carrots to the pan and stir-fry until cooked.
- Slice the beef, add onions, minced ginger, salt, sugar, barbecue ingredients, cooking wine, light soy sauce, oyster sauce, a little chili powder, and oil, mix well and marinate for a while.

Notes
The rice must be hot, so that the half-boiled eggs will be cooked using the residual heat of the rice. You can also add your favorite vegetables. Any vegetables that don’t have a lot of moisture are fine.
