  • 2 eggplant
  • 2 tomato
  • 1 Green pepper
  • Appropriate amount ketchup

  • Appropriate amount Salt

  • Eggplant cut into hob pieces, minced garlic, chopped green onions, chopped tomatoes, cut peppers into strips
