Ingredients
- 8 Chicken Wing Roots
- 300 ml Beer

- 1 tsp Honey

- 1 Egg

- 6-8 cloves Garlic
- amount White sesame seeds
- 3-4 spoons Korean hot sauce
- 2 tablespoons Ketchup
- 20 g Butter
Instructions
- Chop onions;
- Wash and cut the chicken wings into two pieces, pour in beer, add chopped onions and black pepper, marinate with salt for 1.5 hours;
- After marinating, take out the chicken legs;
- Crack an egg into the flour;
- Stir into paste;
- Coat each chicken wing with a layer of starch;
- If you want the fried items to be golden and buttery on the outside, the oil should be hot enough to make little bubbles when you put the chopsticks in it; fry for about 5-6 minutes;
