Recently, swimming crab have been both fat and inexpensive, making them perfect for those of me who love seafood and crabs. Fresh seafood is best steamed, with all its juice and original flavor. I bought chilled seafood this time, so I added some homemade garlic sauce and added some vermicelli. The vermicelli who are full of crab juice are really unbeatable and delicious, haha.
