It was too expensive to order fried shredded potatoes from a restaurant outside, so I decided to cook one myself.

- 1 chopsticks
Ingredients
- 1 Potato
- Appropriate amount Salt
- Appropriate amount starch
- Appropriate amount pepper
- Appropriate amount vegetable oil
- 1 egg
- Appropriate amount sugar
Instructions
- Peel and grate potatoes.
- Rinse with cold water and drain.
- Add a beaten egg and mix well. Add starch, salt, sugar, pepper and mix well. Marinate for 10~15 minutes.
- After the oil is hot, add shredded potatoes and fry over low heat until golden brown and take out. (After adding the shredded potatoes, use chopsticks to break them up to prevent them from sticking. Don’t fry too much at one time, fry more times)
- After serving, add salt or sugar according to your taste.
