  • Let’s deal with the chicken legs first. Wash the three pipa legs repeatedly, add cooking wine and light soy sauce, shredded green onion, and shredded ginger. Grab evenly, and the appearance will last for more than half an hour. You can also put it in a fresh-keeping bag and marinate overnight
  • Put the marinated chicken legs onto the plate and place them in the steamer
  • Select the "Quick Steam" mode of the electric steamer, and set the time to 20 minutes
  • When steaming the chicken legs, adjust the sauce. Put minced garlic, chili noodles, and white sesame seeds into a bowl. Heat an appropriate amount of oil in the pot until it smokes. Pour it into the bowl to stimulate the fragrance. Add an appropriate amount of light soy sauce for a delicious taste Mix secret fresh oyster sauce, white vinegar, salt, and sugar for later use
  • When the time is up, take out the steamed chicken legs and pour off the soup
