Ingredients
- 500 g Shrimp
- 5 petals garlic
- 4 tbsp ketchup (sauce)
- 2 tbsp sugar (sauce)
- 4 tbsp Shimizu (sauce)
- 1 ginger
- 1 tsp cooking wine
- 1 tsp White pepper
- Appropriate amount Salt
- Appropriate amount vegetable oil
Instructions
- Cut off the prawns and shrimp guns from the sea prawns, rinse and open the back, and remove the prawn lines.
- Shred the ginger, add cooking wine and white pepper, grab the prawns and marinate for about 15 minutes.
- Mince the garlic.
- Pour more vegetable oil into the frying pan, put in the prawns and fry until they turn red and brown on both sides, set aside.
- Leave the base oil for frying prawns in the frying pan, add minced garlic and sauté over low heat until fragrant.
