Ingredients
  

  • 500 g Shrimp
  • 5 petals garlic
  • 4 tbsp ketchup (sauce)
  • 2 tbsp sugar (sauce)
  • 4 tbsp Shimizu (sauce)
  • 1 ginger
  • 1 tsp cooking wine
  • 1 tsp White pepper
  • Appropriate amount Salt
  • Appropriate amount vegetable oil

Instructions
 

  • Cut off the prawns and shrimp guns from the sea prawns, rinse and open the back, and remove the prawn lines.
  • Shred the ginger, add cooking wine and white pepper, grab the prawns, and marinate for about 15 minutes.
  • Mince the garlic.
  • Pour more vegetable oil into the frying pan, put in the prawns, and fry until they turn red and brown on both sides, set aside.
  • Leave the base oil for frying prawns in the frying pan, add minced garlic, and sauté over low heat until fragrant.
  • Add 4 tablespoons of water, 2 tablespoons of sugar, 4 tablespoons of tomato paste, and some salt and stir well until slightly bubbling.
