- 1 block silken tofu
- 1 teaspoon minced garlic
- 4-5 scoops chopped onion
- 1 scoop paprika
- 30 grams vegetable oil
- 2 scoops soy sauce
- 1 scoop oyster sauce
Instructions
- Minced garlic 1 spoon.
- Chop the onion and put 4-5 spoons.
- 1 spoon of chili powder. Then put two tablespoons of oil in the pot and heat it up, and pour it on the minced garlic, onion and pepper. Stir well.
- Two spoons of soy sauce.
- A spoonful of oyster sauce. Pour into a bowl and stir the above until well combined.
- Cut the tofu into cubes and place in a tin foil box. Be sure to use silken tofu.
- Pour all seasonings over tofu.
- Put in a preheated 200 degree oven and bake for 20 minutes.
- Take it out and sprinkle with shallots.
