  • Start the kneading program of the chef's machine, and knead the dough for 10 minutes on gear 2
  • Knead the reconciled dough with your hands
  • Cover with plastic wrap and let stand for about half an hour
  • Divide the woken dough into two halves, take half and use a rolling pin to roll it into a thinner dough (this will save a lot of trouble in the process of pressing the dough)
  • Use the noodle press to start pressing the dough sheet from the 8th gear, after pressing it repeatedly for 2 times, switch to the 6th gear and continue to press it 2 times, then turn to the 4th gear and press it 2 times, and finally turn to the 1st gear and continue to press until the dough is smooth and delicate when
  • After changing the accessories for cutting noodles, the noodles are perfectly presented in front of your eyes
  • Sprinkle some starch on the noodles, this is to prevent the noodles from sticking together, chop the green onion (the one below is for 1 person)
  • Add chopped green onion, light soy sauce, dark soy sauce, sugar, salt, pepper, and sesame oil to the bowl, stir well and set aside
  • Pour an appropriate amount of water into the pot and bring it to a boil, then add the prepared noodles and cook until the noodles float on the surface of the water, then turn off the heat
  • Take it out and put it in a bowl, then add an appropriate amount of water for cooking noodle soup and mix well

Notes

As a Southerner, making pasta is my flaw, so I bought a Beko kitchen machine. With it, I can make noodles by myself in the future, and the noodles are very strong, and it can be said to be very quiet when making.
