Yangchun Noodles is the most frequently eaten food on my family’s table in my memory. I knew it was soy sauce noodles with lard in it, and I thought it was very delicious. But I didn’t know it had a beautiful name “Yangchun Noodle”. Simple ingredients are super delicious. Making breakfast is really Kwai and convenient.

- 1 pot
- 1 frying spoon
Ingredients
- 10 grams chopped green onion
- 100 g thin round surface
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- a little Salt
- half spoon lard
Instructions
- Chopped green onions ready for use
- Boil cold water in a pot
- Put an appropriate amount of salt and two spoons of light soy sauce in the bowl
- Add half a teaspoon of lard
- Add boiling water to soup
- Stir until the lard is completely melted
- Put the water into the noodles and cook until the noodles float and remove
- Put the noodles into the seasoning bowl and add green onion to start
