Ingredients for egg fried rice
Overnight leftovers:1 large bowl
egg:2
Ham sausage:1
carrot: half-root
Salt: Appropriate amount
edible oil: Appropriate amount
soy sauce: Appropriate amount
green onion: Appropriate amount
How to make egg fried rice
Dice carrots, ham sausage, and green onions respectively.
Crack 2 eggs into a bowl and beat quickly with chopsticks into egg liquid.
Heat oil in a pan, add eggs, and fry until golden brown.
Add the chopped carrots and diced ham in turn and stir-fry.
Press the leftover rice with a spatula to make the rice grains distinct.
Add an appropriate amount of salt and soy sauce and stir-fry for 2 minutes.
Please turn off the heat, add the chopped green onion and stir-fry, and it’s ready to serve!
