Equipment
- 1 stew pot
Ingredients
- 2 beef bone pounds
- 1200 ml water
- half a catty Cherry tomato
- half white onion
- 1 carrot
- 5 grams Salt
- Appropriate amount Black pepper
Instructions
- Blanch beef bones, wash and stew for 1.5 hours
- Take out the beef bones. It is best to let them cool and remove the meat. If it is hot, it will fall apart easily.
- Cut the knife appropriately and cut into pieces
- Peel carrots and cut into pieces
- White onions are also cut into pieces
- Small tomatoes cut in half
- First stir-fry the tomatoes and onions with a small amount of oil for a few times, then add them to the soup, simmer them with the carrots and beef cubes for 15 minutes, and add an appropriate amount of salt to taste.
