Today, I would like to introduce a dish called "stir-fried pork with mushrooms". This dish is perfect for picky eaters, as it is both delicious and nutritious.
Equipment
- 1 pot
- 1 induction cooker
- 1 Stir frying spoon
Ingredients
- 1 small piece pork
- 1 tsp Salt
- 2 scoops soy sauce
- 1 spoon Old soy sauce
- Appropriate amount Green onion and ginger water
- 2 scoops starch
- Appropriate amount vegetable oil
- Appropriate amount Green pepper
- 1/3 root carrot
- Appropriate amount mushroom
- 2 scoops Doubanjiang
Instructions
- Cut the pork into thin slices, add a little green onion and ginger water and stir well to absorb, then add salt, light soy sauce, dark soy sauce and mix well, then add starch and oil and mix well
- Prepare onions, ginger, garlic, and sliced carrots
- Blanch the mushrooms in advance
- After the pan is hot, add oil to moisten the pan, add the meat and stir-fry until it changes color, then remove from the pan
- Add oil, onion, ginger and garlic and sauté until fragrant (the chili can be added last, because I want to bring out the spiciness of the chili so I put it in first)
- Pour in the meat, mushrooms and carrots, and add 2 tablespoons of bean paste (doubanjiang is salty, you don’t need to add salt, you can taste the saltiness to adjust the amount)
- Delicious
